Enjoy a stroll around the grounds without the crowds to see what’s flying! We will look for resident and migrating birds and learn basic birding skills.

• Airlie is recognized on the North Carolina Birding Trail as a Coastal Region site.

• Check out Airlie’s HotSpot on eBird.com, a free, easy-to-use, citizen science observation database.

• This event is co-hosted with our partner, Jill Peleuses from Wild Bird & Garden, and co-founder of Cape Fear Bird Observatory.

• This program is recommended for ages 12+.
