- VIP entrance into the Story Weavers & Merchants Bazaar at
- 8:00pm & the venue at 8:45pm
- General Admission entrance into the Story Weavers & Merchants Bazaar at 8:45pm & the venue at 9pm
- raffle drawing and the crowning of the Queen/King of the ball announced at 11pm
