Beach Yoga (April - November)

Beach yoga is great for all levels. We meet on the beach at the Ocean Front Park Beach access just north of the Kure Beach Pier. The GPS address for the beach access is 110 Atlantic Avenue. Bring your own beach towel to enjoy an all levels yoga flow class on the beach. Breathe in the breath of the ocean, stretch, strengthen, and enjoy our beautiful beach with the soundtrack of the waves crashing to shore.

Join us at Alcove Beer Garden on October 10 for a beginner-friendly mat Pilates class led by Empower Method, with puppies from paws4people joining us during and after class. Then stick around for complimentary coffee from Azalea Station, time with the puppies, and a chance to learn more about the work paws4people is doing in our community.

Tickets are $35 per person, with proceeds benefiting paws4people. Space is limited to 30 spots.

Pop, Disco, Boogie, Hip-Hop, House, Indie, R&B, Latin, Electronic, etc. hits from past six decades — brought to you by Fort Lowell Records. Music starts at 8:00pm and goes until 1:00am. The Great Wilmington Beer and Weenie Race is happening on Sunday, October 25th at 2pm!
The Eagle’s Dare, @chowtownilm , and @waterweeniesilm are teaming up to bring you a race that runs straight between The Eagle’s Dare and Chowtown, fueled by beer and hot dogs.

Presented by @fleetfeetwilmington and Mich Ultra.

Check-in starts at The Eagle’s Dare!

Pick your race:
• Relay: 3-person team, 1 mile, 2 beers/hot dogs per runner
• Mini Weenie: 2 miles, 4 beers/hot dogs per runner
• Iron Weenie: 3 miles, 6 beers/hot dogs per runner

Assemble your team, take it on solo, or just come out to watch. Either way, this is going to be a damn good time!
