Overview
The social district will run from 12-5 PM on Saturday in the Brooklyn Arts District. A social district is a designated area where you can leave a business with an open container and walk around with an alcoholic beverage. This newly approved initiative just got approved and launched by the city and will occur the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month.
✅ Stick to NORTH FOURTH STREET (with a quick detour to The Eagles Dare 🦅)
✅ Boundaries run from Don Luca’s Pizzeria to Flytrap Brewing
✅ Use only the official Social District cup with the sticker
✅ Green door sticker = drinks served + welcome inside 🍻
✅ Orange door sticker = drinks not served but welcome inside
❌Red door sticker = NO DRINKS allowed inside
❌ No outside alcohol allowed in the district
🍻 Social District Hours: Saturday, 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
(This is when you can take your drinks onto the sidewalks and enjoy a neighborhood stroll.)
👉 Outside of these hours, you can still enjoy drinks inside local bars and restaurants — but no consumption outside on sidewalks after 5 p.m.
