Our 60-minute Financial Wellness workshop will be led by Financial Advisor and Yoga Teacher, Samantha Ray Mifsud, and will begin with music, stretching, hands-on assists, meditation, aroma therapy, and breathwork. From there, you will be guided through fun practices and activities that include goal setting, manifestation, and planning work. The financial literacy portion of this workshop will equip you with fundamental skills including: Savings and Financial Growth Strategies Investment Philosophy Budgeting Basics Every registration fee paid will include one individual consultation with Samantha Ray Mifsud, to be scheduled for a later date, who will then provide you with curated recommendations and an individualized holistic financial plan, focused on your unique goals, to include elements like retirement planning, insurance, education funding, debt repayment, tax management, and more!
