Join us at the Farm to explore the art & simplicity of creating herb-infused vinegars. Discover how you can easily transform everyday vinegar into culinary delights by harnessing the beauty, flavor, and aromas of fresh herbs.

You will learn the basics of infusion, from vinegar and herb selection to infusion timing and proper storage. This demonstration will equip you with the knowledge and inspiration to create unique and delicious infused vinegars for your own kitchen or for family and friends.

The workshop begins with a short farm tour and ends with you taking home a gift bag with all the supplies needed to craft your very own herbal-infused vinegars!

We recommend you bring the following items:

• Comfortable, closed toe shoes

• Sunhat and/or sunglasses (if you are sensitive)
