The concept of Quanto Basta, QB for short, is true to its simple Italian culinary definition: “as much as you like; as much as you need.” ​ QB is family owned and operated & uses the founding chef's family reciples from Naples. You can count on enjoying heaping portions of fresh pasta with rustic sauces, hand-crafted pizzette, and rotisserie fire-roasted poultry. The QB building is known as the key of the city, it was originally owned by Key Automobiles. If you saw an aerial shot of the outdoor patio it would look like an antique key opening.
