Arts Sensation!

The 22nd Arts Sensation! transforms the stage for a lively and entertaining evening showcasing wonderful local talent for a music and dance spectacular! Our beneficiary this year is Thalian Hall Center for the Performing Arts Capital Campaign and Forward Motion Dance Company is proud to be a resident dance company for THCPA and of our legacy of bringing quality dance performances to this historic venue. The THCPA Capital Campaign will raise funds to renovate, reimagine and create a larger and dynamic space to meet the needs of the audience and artists, and ensure future generations continue to experience the magic of live performance.

Live music is from the Benny Hill Quartet. Benny is Wilmington’s own alto saxophone virtuoso and is reminiscent of many greats from classical to jazz, yet presents a distinct style of his own. He is a true crowd pleaser and never fails to raise excitement and enthusiasm while on the stage.

Arts Sensation also brings a variety of dance creations across many genres from modern/contemporary to classical. And with their fine style, the captivating Company “T” Tap Dancers return to wow audiences with a vintage flair. Expect an inspired and exciting evening of music and dance that is sure to bring you lasting memories of the amazing talent in our community.
