Beach Yoga at Sunset

& just like that- the light returns! 🥹 Pay-what-you-can/want BEACH YOGA at sunset is back for its 5th season out on the incredible wrightsville beach! I cannot thank you all enough for the outpouring support and love in my over 11 years of teaching. But it’s never been about me- it’s about each and every one of you!! Holding space for others to exist is simply one of the greatest joys of my life. So thank you from the bottom of my heart for letting me live that out!

This season will be one of community, sharing, healing, and authentic connection (with me, yourself and nature!). As always (and forever!), pay-what-you-want/can, no registration required. We have so many things to stress and worry about, my hope is this is not one. Your presence and energy is the most important thing you can bring to this space.
