Movement doesn't have to be serious. Friendships don't have to be hard to find. Saltwater Striders is Wilmington's new social walk & run club for girls in their 20s & 30s. It's about feeling good, meeting people who get it, and finding joy in the little things - like moving your body, making new friends, and getting outside.
