Overview
Experience a taste of the sweet world of maple sugaring at CCE’s Agroforestry Resource Center. This event will provide participants with the opportunity to tour our own sugar shack, see a demonstration of tree tapping, and taste fresh sap. Visit with Taste NY staff and local vendors to purchase all things maple. A maple-inspired pancake breakfast will also be available during the event.
