Overview
Each ticket is an experience and a walk through of everything you need to know to create a steaming traditional Korean hot pot or also known as shabu shabu. Tickets will include-
- 2 Beverages of your choice.
-5 Mini Popular Korean ban chan side dishes/ Starters: kim chi, cucumber kim chi, zucchini salad, braised potatoes & onions, and Korean vegetable pancakes.
-Personal Hot Pot set with a Vegetarian based stock to begin +Instructions & Condiments on the side to create tom yum, miso, tonkatsu, or beef broth
-Sauce bar: soy sauce, sambal, chili oil, fish sauce, vinegar, lime, cilantro, sesame, sesame oil, gochujang, Thai suki sauce.
-Platter of veggies-Bok Choy, Napa Cabbage, Mushrooms (mixture), Scallion & Carrots.
-Choice of 3 Proteins- ( You will be directed to a google form to choose. Please remember to fill twice if you purchased 2 tickets. Thank you.) Choices Include: Pork Tenderloin, Beef Ribeye, Chicken, Jumbo Shrimp, Salmon, Chicken Gyoza, Fish Tofu, Tofu, or Imitation Duck.
-Dessert: Korean Mochi with sweet bean filling
