Start your morning with relaxation and renewal at Gentle Yoga.
Every Tuesday at 9 AM, instructors Steve Unger and Darren Shartle lead a gentle, all-level yoga session in the museum galleries, designed for mindfulness and well-being. Participants may practice with a chair or a mat.
$8 donations suggested; a portion of every donation supports CAM’s Museum School Scholarship program for adults and youth.
