Overview

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC – Community members interested in exploring the literary works of local authors are invited to the Main Library in downtown Wilmington (230 Grace Street, Suite A) from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday, November 16 for the Cover-to-Cover Book Sale.

This is the culminating event of the second annual Cape Fear Book Festival and will showcase the work of more than 65 vendors, including authors, artists and literary-themed craftsmen. There will be books and goods for all ages and interests, highlighting the talent of writers and artisans in the community. A free gift wrapping station will also be available for those getting a jump on holiday shopping.

“We are so excited to once again shine a light on our literary community here in New Hanover County with the Cover-to-Cover Book Sale,” Librarian and event coordinator Christine Ingram said. “This is a great chance for authors to engage with the public, make connections and share their work. Shoppers get to support fellow community members while finding their next favorite read, which is a win-win for everyone.”

The sale is open to the public and free to attend, allowing vendors to engage with visitors and share more about their work.
