Learn Wine Tasting With This Class

Enjoy a beautiful afternoon wine tasting class with Eileen M. Duffy at Sea Love Sea Salt Farm in Burgaw, NC. This guided wine class, led by Eileen M. Duffy,

walks you through the foundation of professional wine tasting using the Wine & Spirit Education Trust's Systematic Approach to Tasting Wine. We will assess the wine's color, aroma, alcohol level, body, flavors and finish to learn what those things can tell you about a wine. To keep it fun, we will blind taste four wines: a sparkling, a rosé, a white and one red.

Class includes a tour of the farm and salt-making process, a salt tasting and charcuterie.
