“Simple” Release Party with Aaron Keener at Flytrap

Join us to celebrate the release of Aaron Keener's debut song "Single" and raise funds to protect NC's coastal wetlands!

Wilmington-based singer-songwriter Aaron Keener is celebrating the debut of his two original songs on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 with a free fundraiser at Flytrap Brewing, to benefit the North Carolina Coastal Federation. Opening acts Lauren Porter and Meatbread (Parker Allen) will set the stage with groovy folk, and catch lo-fi instrumentals before Aaron Keener and band perform live. Enjoy live, original music, displays of local art, and learn more about the NC Coastal Federation and their fight to protect our state’s wetlands. Event starts at 7pm. No ticket necessary, though donations to the NC Coastal Federation are encouraged at the show!
