Register ONLINE ONLY and pick up your race packets here this Friday. The YMCA Tri-Span Race is a Wilmington tradition for 40+ years! Show your support for LIVESTRONG at the YMCA as you run through historic downtown Wilmington. The 5K and 10K courses wind through historic downtown Wilmington and along the picturesque Cape Fear Riverwalk. The 5K is an out and back course through downtown Wilmington while the 10K course will take you over all three downtown bridges and there is also a 1 Mile course!
