Modern Widows Club Comedy Fundraiser

Join us in supporting the Wilmington chapter of the Modern Widows Club. Founded in 2011 by Carolyn Moor, the club includes in-person and online groups and resources designed to help transform loss into forward momentum -- focusing on health, not grief. While widowhood is no laughing matter, we at Dead Crow believe laughing through the tough stuff together promotes healing and happiness. Ticket proceeds will aid in working to advance global support for widows—a movement of worldwide social significance that is often overlooked. Modern Widows Club, founded in 2011, is a women’s health organization serving widows seeking to understand their experience and focus on growth. Their research into widows’ physical and mental health informs their programs and encourages awareness for women who historically have been unseen, unsupported, and unmeasured.
