Overview
The Beaufort Wine and Food Festival has long been the crown jewel of the Crystal Coast culinary scene, but 2026 marks a fresh chapter for the event. This year, the festival has fully embraced its historic roots by moving its central operations and signature large-scale events directly into the heart of Downtown Beaufort.
2026 Festival Schedule
Wednesday, April 15th
- Press, Pour & Pair – An opening tasting at Beaufort Olive Oil Company featuring guided pairings of artisan oils, vinegars, and select wines.
- Wine Dinner Promise Land Market - Local Chef Gerhardt Frederick Schnibbenl presents a curated menu, perfectly paired with wines from Boisset Collection
Thursday, April 16th
- Wine Dinner Series – Intimate, multi-course meals hosted at 9 different downtown restaurants (including Beaufort Grocery Co. and Blue Moon Bistro) featuring guest chefs and world-class winemakers.
Friday, April 17th
- Meet the Makers: A Wine Mixer – An easygoing social at The Upper Room where guests can sip and chat with the talent behind the bottles.
- Historic Grounds Social Tasting – An elevated afternoon coffee experience inspired by the tradition of high tea.
- In Good Spirits – A lively evening event on the Beaufort Historic Site lawn featuring bold pours of whiskeys and craft spirits in a social, high-energy atmosphere.
Saturday, April 18th
- Blooms & Bubbles – A creative morning workshop at the Harvey W. Smith Watercraft Center focused on floral design and champagne.
- Vin de Mer: THE MAIN Tasting Event – The festival's premier grand tasting held at the Beaufort Historic Site & The Vault, featuring hundreds of wine labels and bites from regional chefs.
- Last Call: The Night’s Not Done Yet – An after-party at the Backstreet Pub with live music and a curated beverage lineup to close out the night.
Sunday, April 19th
- The Emerald Brunch – A festive farewell on the Historic Site lawn featuring a "Blazin' Keys" dueling pianos battle, mimosas, and classic brunch fare.
