Bugaboo: Wine and Edible Insect Pairing

Enjoy an entomophagic (insect eating) Valentine's Day delight when Fermental brings free wine and bug tasting served with a side of live music to the Cargo District, a short ride from historic downtown. Incorporating the complexities of hand selected white and red wines with the earthy, nutty, sometimes fruit driven flavors of bugs, this offbeat tasting event features farmed species specifically prepared for human consumption. There will also be a food truck as well as their regular libation offerings available for purchase. Must be Age 21+ with ID for wine. Take a walk on the wild side with a peculiar plunge into the romantic unknown... nothing says love like a bug!
