2025 Port City Shake-Up Cocktail Competition

Port City Shake-Up is a premier cocktail competition in Wilmington, NC, bringing together top bartending talent for a night of creativity, skill, and community. Hosted by Spirits & Solutions at Azalea Station in the Cargo District, the event features two competition categories: "Up + Coming" – for bartenders with three years or less of experience "Established" – for bartenders with more than three years of experience Ten bartenders in each category will craft innovative cocktails using a base spirit from a curated list of brands, competing for cash prizes and the chance to make a donation to their chosen charity. Attendees can enjoy tastings of 20 unique cocktails, live music, a DJ, the opening of Cargo West Food Court, and a cash bar with an exclusive menu.
