Overview
Celebrate the legacy of one of Wilmington’s most influential artists during the opening night of the Elisabeth Chant exhibition. North Carolina artist Elisabeth Chant (1865–1947) left an enduring impact on the region’s art community. This exhibition, curated by CAM’s former Executive Director Anne Brennan, invites visitors to explore the people and landscapes that shaped Chant’s world. The Elizabeth Chant Opening Night event will feature live music by pianist Ian Daviz in the galleria. Plus, enjoy craft cocktails and more in CAM Café or the museum’s torchlit courtyard. Join fellow art enthusiasts in honoring the life and work of an artist whose vision helped define Wilmington’s artistic identity.
