Black History Carnival

On Saturday Feb. 15th WilmingtoNColor will be celebrating the rich heritage of Wilmington NC from 11am - 4pm at 1125 N 4th Street on the Historic Northside of downtown Wilmington for the Black His/Her-Story Carnival
