Join us February 3, 2024 to celebrate The Healing Place's one year anniversary by walking or running a 5K.
After your 5K, stay for the big ONE YEAR celebration which includes free food (brunch), live music, community vendors, and more.
-Parking is available at The Healing Place of New Hanover County. Overflow parking is available across the street at Delaney Radiology.
-The Trudge 5K commemorates the 3 miles The Healing Place of New Hanover County clients walk every day in their recovery journey.
HOW YOUR REGISTRATION MAKES A DIFFERENCE
The Healing Place of New Hanover County truly is where hope is found.
We provide food, shelter, clothing, and recovery services at no cost to the client. All a person has to have is a desire to get sober. We opened February 1, 2023 and have helped nearly 1,000 people withdraw from drugs and alcohol and have admitted nearly 800 people into our long-term residential recovery program. Every dollar raised by THPNC impacts a person either struggling with homelessness or active addiction.
