Arise & Celebrate the longest day of the year at our Summer Soul-stice Celebration on Masonboro Island Thursday, June 20th! 🌊🧘♂️☀️🍓

We will meet at 5am at a designated location off Masonboro Loop Rd. and begin our adventure to Masonboro Island with a quiet boat ride in the twilight.✨ We will greet the rising sun with chanting and a solar yoga practice on the beach with Rachael Crawford. Following, Kristy will guide us through a nourishing and thirst-quenching plant meditation practice and tea ceremony with a solar-inspired herbal infusion. Rachael Kinsey will end the practice with a group fire ritual to initiate the celebratory shift into the solar season. Celebration will include a collective salt water dip in the ocean (if inclined) and beach chill time, accompanied by a hydrating spread of fresh fruit, coconut water and refreshing herbal beverages prepared by Kristy!
