Maven Coffee X Boombalatti's Bean Tasting

Join Boombalatti's and Maven Coffee as we celebrate our favorite beans! This is an in-person event being held at Boombalatti's Forum location on January 20th at 10:00am! Boombalatti's favorite bean is of course, the humble vanilla bean. We will be producing four different vanilla ice creams using vanilla from four different regions of the world: Madagascar, Mexico, Indonesia and Tahiti. This will be a rare experience to taste how vanilla from different regions of the world capture different notes and characteristics. Maven's favorite bean is of course, the almighty coffee bean. Maven will be pulling shots of four different espressos to pair with each ice cream. This is going to be THE event for people who like to nerd out about the complexities of coffees and ice creams and all the caffeine and sugar will be a happy bonus. Since this event will be happening before opening hours at our shop, we'll also be providing a rare behind-the-scenes tour of our recently completed production space.
