Kitten Yoga

Come unwind, stretch, and make some furry new friends. Kitten Yoga brings together a gentle yoga flow and a room full of playful rescue kittens — making for one of the most joyful, stress-melting experiences you can have on a Sunday.

All levels welcome. The kittens, as always, will do whatever they want.

Bring your mat and an open heart. We'll handle the kittens.
