Sunset Flow on the Beach

🌅 New Class Series Alert: Sunset Flow at Wrightsville Beach (Access 4) 🌊

There’s something special about practicing with your feet in the sand, the sound of the waves in the background, and the sun sinking below the horizon.

Starting tomorrow, join Bailey every Monday at 7:30 PM at Wrightsville Beach Access #4 for an all-levels Sunset Flow designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and start your week grounded.

This class is donation-based as wellness should be accessible to everyone. Give what you can to support, come as you are, and bring a friend if you’d like!

After class, stick around, meet some new faces, and enjoy one of Wilmington’s most beautiful sunsets together. Some of us might even go for post-flow swim!
