Overview

Cinematique at Jengo's brings you The Thin Blue Line, an influential documentary known for its innovative storytelling techniques and lasting impact on the genre. The screenings will include an introduction and discussion led by Mariana Johnson, a documentary history professor at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Stay after the matinee or show up early for the evening screening to enjoy the Cinematique Social Hour from 6pm-7:15pm in the Jengo's Bar (we'll provide the snacks!) This unique documentary dramatically re-enacts the crime scene and investigation of a police officer's murder in Dallas.
