Longwave Seagals is back, beginning in May!

Longwave Seagals is a weekly gathering for women seeking connection, community, and the calming presence of the ocean—welcoming the sunrise with meditation, followed by a soul-refreshing swim and moments of shared presence by the sea.

Join us every Wednesday at 6am for our Longwave SeaGals! Meet-Up at Access 4 as the sun is rising. Meet and connect with other women of the wave, practice meditation and breath work, and enjoy an optional dip in the ocean with the Seagals crew! After our swim, we encourage you to stay, drink coffee, and bask in this wonderful community for as long as you’d like! (And yes, mama, your little ones are welcome too!)

Longwave Seagals is free to attend, but donations are welcome. All donations will go toward Plastic Ocean Project

SeaGals Vision: We began Longwave Seagals last year with Shayna Hope, a friend of ours who was devoted to fostering community through a shared connection with the ocean. Our vision for Longwave SeaGals at Wrightsville Beach is rooted in this philosophy: to cultivate meaningful bonds among women by rising together with the sun, immersing in the sea, and creating space to ground, reflect, and honor ourselves in unity!
