Meet on the beach for a blissful vinyasa yoga flow led by Jenny Roberts.

TUESDAYS ~ Upham Beach, St Pete Beach

Come watch the sun set over the Gulf! Expect chill vibes, reggae beats & yummy stretches mixed into a rhythmic, dynamic vinyasa flow.

The sun will set by 5:45pm and we will do the remainder of the class by candlelight!

This practice is perfect for all levels - super beginner friendly.

Classes are geared for everyone to follow & get the benefits of yoga, no matter your age or fitness level.
