Yoga Pop Up

Join teacher Rissa Wray of @movingmeditations for a community yoga class in the open air biergarten and covered patio area at @mastrysbrewingco the Fourth Sunday of the month (Feb 23rd, March 23rd, and April 27th) from 11am-12pm!

Class is $10 in advance/$15 at the door and admission includes one complimentary beverage from the tap (select beer, wine, kombucha, or seltzer)!

Yoga practice will feature Hatha Yoga, Thai Yoga, and Mobility techniques guided at an easygoing pace so you can modify the intensity as needed 🙏
