Wild Mercy; Women’s Group to Move, Connect and Breathe

Need an outlet? Want to meet new people? And gain tools for a mindful presence? Ashley Knotts, NTP is hosting a women’s group, Wild Mercy, every 4th Tuesday of the month upstairs at Grassroots Kava House St. Pete starting at 6pm. It’s free – we just require a one drink minimum to participate. What to expect: Light movement, meditation, journaling and a place to share and connect with one another. This is a women’s group that is open to all cis, trans, and non-binary humans.
