Start your weekend off right with partner Acro Yoga and Thai Massage. You'll learn how to base, fly, and spot in a supportive and safe environment. Tricia Perez and Andre Sur will introduce partner drills, poses and transitions, and then wind down with some juicy Thai bodywork. No experience is necessary - just the desire to try something new and have fun! No partner is needed, but if you'd like to bring a date or your BFF, this is a great way to build trust and communication. Bring a yoga mat if you have one.
