Overview
Samantha Leigh is a singer with bluesy-rock vocals and a funky style. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she grew up influenced by rock and country music. She began her singing career at the age of 3 and won first place in her city's Tri-School Idol in 2004. After moving to Tampa, Florida in 2005, Samantha made performing her full-time job. She gained local notoriety, performing the National Anthem for the Tampa Bay Rays and was named FOX’s Tampa Bay Idol in 2009. She has opened for notable artists and is currently recording her first country-focused album with rock and pop undertones (The Music Bureau) (WMNF 88.5 FM).
